Michael Jackson to Tour With Jackson 5 as a Hologram?

Singer's brother says it would be 'wonderful' to take a hologram out on the road.

A hologram of Michael Jackson could be set to tour alongside his brothers in theJackson 5, according to tabloid reports over the weekend.

Holograms have been in the spotlight ever since Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg brought the hologram of Tupac onstage at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, with Dre going on to say that he hopes to see Marvin Gaye and Jimi Hendrix also resurrected.

Now it seems Michael Jackson could be next, with his brother Jackie telling The Sun when asked if he could see the late singer being brought to life in this way: "It could have been Michael  absolutely. Wouldn’t that be wonderful? As a matter of fact, we had that idea two years ago for Michael’s Cirque du Soleil show."

A source also told the tabloid that any such tour could be "the most lucrative of all time", but that it would take a lot of negotiating before it could happen.

The source said: "As always with Michael’s estate and creating new art with his image, there will be a lot of politics to navigate. But we've all seen how well it can be done now. It could be the most lucrative world tour of all time."

Jackson died at the age of 50 from an overdose of the anaesthetic propofol. Last November, his physician Dr Conrad Murray was convicted of his involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to four years in prison.
