Hit-Boy has announced his signing to Interscope Records, which will house his Hits Since '87 imprint.
Taking to Twitter, the G.O.O.D. Music producer broke the news that he has secured a deal with the powerhouse label. "Hits Since 87, inc + Interscope. Young Label owner. #Godisgreat," he wrote.
Hit-Boy, who is signed to Blueprint Group Management, was recently rumored to be joining Gee Roberson's newly launched Blueprint Records, an extension of Interscope. It's unclear if Hit's signing is connected to Blueprint.
As a producer, Hit is best known for helming Jay-Z and Kanye West's "N----s in Paris" and Kendrick Lamar's"Backseat Freestyle." As a rapper, he most recently released his HITstory mixtape.
