The first episode of Beyoncé‘s “Self-Titled” documentary was released the day she unexpectedly released her album. Episode two explores her rejection on Star Search and how losing the competition was actually a blessing in disguise because it served as a learning experience. She also explained how she tied that into the the visual aspect of her project, trying to relay the message that growth, fun, love, happiness and respect is what she’s striving for this time around.
