Nneka Reveals "Soul Is Heavy" Tracklist

Decon will release the follow-up to "Concrete Jungle," featuring The Roots' emcee.

Decon will release singer Nneka's third Stateside solo album, Soul Is Heavy on February 28. The Nigerian-born Nneka's 2010 compilation release Concrete Jungle appeared on the Billboard Rap/R&B charts before the singer joined Nas & Damian Marley on the pair's Distant Relatives Tour.
Her fourth overall studio album will feature The Root' Black Thought, among others.
