It has been revealed by a source that Timbaland will be producing two songs on the Aaliyah posthumous project following reports that the producer thought it was not right for him to be not involved.
The 40-year-old producer who had a hand behind Aaliyah hits ‘If Your Girl Only Knew’ and ‘We Need A Resolution,’ will be working on two songs with Drake's producer Noah "40" Shehib behind the first single for the project ‘Enough Said' according to MissInfoTV.
"I'm actually looking forward to what 40 does with these unreleased vocals. His sound seems like a good match. But for all the fans who can't imagine a Aaliyah project without the input of Timbaland and Missy Elliot...great news! I'm hearing that Tim is getting involved," the source told the website.
In an recent interview with Power 105's The Breakfast Club, the hitmaker revealed that he thought he should be involved in the production and it would ‘not be right’ if he and fellow longtime friend of the late singer, Missy Elliot were left out.
The project which will be handled majorly by the Drake producer will be released on the ‘More Than A Woman’ singers’ label Blackground records run by her uncle Barry Hankerson.
'Enough Said' which was debuted by 'The Motto' hitmaker Drake on Sunday (August 5) is the first single from the posthumous project headed by the Young Money star.
