According to X17, the music mogul was pulling out of his Beverly Hills hotel with his entourage when his Cadillac Escalade and a Lexus RX collided into each other.
The website reports that after the accident staff members ran to the assistance of the superstar and the driver of the Lexus, who were both laying on the lawn outside the hotel.
An ambulance was called immediately; however, no one involved in the car accident was taken to hospital.
TMZ has reported that Diddy was in some of pain, but it's still unclear if and what injuries the star has received.
