Ne-Yo Hopes To See R&B & Slow Jams Make A Comeback In 2013

While celebrating New Year's Eve with MTV, Ne-Yo says he wants to help in bringing back R&B in 2013.

During an appearance on MTV's Club NYE 2013 last night (December 31), R&B crooner Ne-Yo chose to speak on what he’d like to see more of in the New Year rather than dish on what his resolutions for the coming year are.

Ne-Yo shared that he’s hoping for the return of the slow jam in 2013 and a resurgence in the R&B genre as well.

“You know what? R&B music. Y'all remember slow jams? I want R&B to make a comeback in 2013 and I'm gonna try and have something to do with that,” Ne-Yo shared with MTV News.
