Pharrell & will.i.am’s Legal Battles Continue

According to sources, Pharrell has filed a counter-suit against will.i.am, on the basis that his “I Am OTHER” imprint does not infringe on will’s “I AM” trademark. 

This case was filed in a Manhattan court on Monday; Pharrell is seeking a declaratory judgement of non-infringement. In laymen terms, Pharrell is seeking to let the world be known he did nothing wrong.
